Aiden met us in the parking lot as we pulled in. He asked great questions about what we were looking for in a vehicle. Aiden went right to work on his PC and found us 2 low mileage cars and took us to look at them immediately. We drove the 2025 Telluride and returned to his office. We were also shown a new Sorento as a comparison with a full warranty and in the same neighborhood price wise as the used Telluride. Aiden even parked them side by side so we could compare. But after driving the Sorento we decided to purchase the 2025 Telluride. It's always a long process to purchase and trade in a vehicle but Coastal Kia is very efficient and we never felt we were wasting our time. Since the purchase, Aiden has texted numerous times to ensure we were still happy with our vehicle and has offered to assist us in setting up and understanding the new technology in the Kia's. Never once did Aiden or his manager try to upsell us as we were making our decision. Because we did not have our title with us for our trade-in, Aiden drove to our home to pick it up. Overall a great experience!

Adrain was outstanding!!! He was very courteous respectful, and knowledgeable of the different models. When the vehicle we wanted was not on the lot, Adrain, remembered a delivery truck had arrived the night before with a load of cars. He excused himself for several minutes and then drove up with the model we wanted!! It had not even gone through the in processing process.!!!we were very happy! Adrian continued to be a great assistant throughout the entire process.

We did not visit the dealership since we bought our KIA off of their online site. This guy Jacob turned this deal out in a matter of hours because I told him exactly what we wanted and he delivered exactly what we wanted. I spent a couple of hours on the website putting together the Kia that we wanted and before you knew it, Jacob was putting it all together at the dealership. Raphael's service was excellent. Problem came with initial contact after Raphael. Too aggressive and we were totally turned off by his approach. We were impressed by the product, so returned and were redirected to another manager. This transaction was more respectful and professional. The final sales negotiations were seamless and we appreciated the professionalism of the financial staff we worked with. Satisfied with the product so far.

This was the best car shopping experience I have ever had. From the time I pulled up into the parking lot and was greeted by associates until I drove off with my brand new Telluride.
