1st class service from Bob as usual. Pulled up thinking I would have to order the part and return another day to have it installed. Part was in stock. Bob had me out of there in less than 45.minutes on a Monday morning, without an appointment. This man always goes above and beyond for me. Thank you Bob!!

Service consultants let us know what items needed to be done now, and what could wait until next oil change. Bob Tomlin has always been very helpful...from the time we first purchased our Kia. Also, he helped us choose the best tires for the best price last year.

Sam met me at my car when I arrived. He explained everything that would done. The car was ready when he said it would be. He told me about the free snacks and water. He walked me to my car when I left.

I have never been disappointed at Coastal Kia. Bob is great and so is Sam. The dealership is great. My only complaint; I was notified by email from KIA that my GPS was needing an update. I have been living in Compass Pointe since 2011 and bought my Kia Sorrento in 2015. At that time the GPS showed me in no man's land 2017 the I-140 has been completed. I was hoping that the 2019 update would finally have the roads around me on it. Alas, We are still in no man's land. This is not the fault of the dealership but the corporate office.

It is always a pleasure to work with Sam and Bob in the Service Dept. As I know, sometimes it can get very busy, but they are always quick to assist me as fast as possible if there’s a need with my Optima that I purchased there. If there’s any questions about anything, they have the answers. I was very satisfied with my last service appt. there and I know I’ll be completely satisfied with all future appointments. Thank you Sam, Bob, and Service Dept.
