From the phone call to schedule a major maintenance, to working through needed questions - and getting quality responses to a good explanation of all the items to cover- Gary was the person to do it all. Even the estimate of time was accurate. Kudos to all. Sorry, I do not know then name of the person who provided service when I first called and who then switched me to Gary, but she also was very good.
Got me in on time and it took exactly as long as they said it would!

I moved to N.C. 2 years ago and was looking for a reliable and honest service center to service my 2025 Kia-K5 and my wife's 2018 Mercedes CLA 250. I serviced my Kia at Coastal for normal new car warranty service and even though they didn't sell me my car, they welcomed me with open arms and did exemplary work. I then asked if they would service my wife's car for an oil change and tire rotation which they did at a fair and reasonable price...less that the Mercedes dealer would have done. Coastal Kia is always excellent in service and customer satisfaction, that's part of what you pay for in the cost of it all. Sam Weisman was my service consultant and he was a great! Shuttle service and the driver is fantastic and can bring you most places in the city! We all have a local mechanic, but sometime it's nice to bring your car to people who know exactly what's going on and can fix it the right way, the first time. Thanks Coastal Kia!

The service department staff are kind, courteous and very professional. Brian is always kind and ready to help you when you walk in the door, even though he was not my service advisor this time. Brain went out of his way to get my car for me and help the service advisor. AJ got me in and out and completed my service ticket in a timely manor.

I rate my salesman as a five star. He was friendly, courteous, and got the job done answering all my questions. He knew the car inside and out and was helpful all the way around. The finance manager on the other hand, started out super friendly, but when I denied all of the high-pressure add-on services/ warranties that he was trying to sell to make money, he turned into a jerk. I was pleased that Coastal Kia was able to look my car over, and do a system check for issues on 2 different days just to confirm that they couldn't find anything wrong with it. They drove it and still couldn't get the issue to mimic what I had experienced. I was nervous because I was driving it to Md the next day - the trip went well with no issues so I hope it was just a fluke with me! They were also kind enough to not charge me since they couldn't locate an issue!

The reason for my visit was to have the TPSM repaired. It was not since the light still comes on. It was an issue when we bought the car and two of the sensors was replaced at least that was we were told by our salesman.
Very satisfied so far with Coastal KIA and their service Center. While it has only been oil changes and tire rotations so far, the service was quick, the people are nice, the facility is nice. I have nothing negative to say. Gary does a great job of keeping his customers updated and following up after service to make sure all is OK.
