The dealership was friendly to work, ensuring we had a good experience with low pressure during the sales process. Travis kept me well informed during as my car was transported from the factory.
If you’re over the age of 50 and looking to purchase a new Kia I recommend that you ask for Kelvin Swinson at Coastal Kia in Wilmington. Without pressure, he listens and patiently answers any questions you may have about their vehicles, inventory, etc., without wasting your time telling you about what you already know. My husband and I who are 70+ years of age received a detailed tutorial which did not end until we felt we knew what was required to master our new Telluride Hybrid technology. Moreover he followed through with answers to questions after purchase.

Raphael's service was excellent. Problem came with initial contact after Raphael. Too aggressive and we were totally turned off by his approach. We were impressed by the product, so returned and were redirected to another manager. This transaction was more respectful and professional. The final sales negotiations were seamless and we appreciated the professionalism of the financial staff we worked with. Satisfied with the product so far.

Extremely over priced & doesn't communicate cost effectively. Went in for a free upgrade had to pay $365.00 for diagnostic & two air filters. The diagnostic alone was $200. Was NEVER communicated till I went to pick up.my vehicle. I will not be returning to the dealership for anything. Ive always defended Kia in the past to others but after this last visit. I no longer have confidence in Coastal Kia.

Very friendly service and staff. You're greeted before you even walk in the door. Very clean and quiet environment. I had my car serviced for a safety upgrade and was out within an hour and a half plus a complimentary car wash.

Brian was so friendly, professional, and efficient in getting me in and out for my service appointment. He reviewed everything that would be completed and recommended another service (alignment), but explained that I would have to pay for that as it wasn't included in my maintenance plan. I appreciated his being transparent and also with the recommendation. He called as soon as my car was finished and reminded me to call the shuttle driver before 4:00. He quickly got the keys for the Sportage and took the time to walk us through the vehicle before our test drive. As always, the service and staff were exceptional. The car is delivered back as projected. I am kept up to date with the status and if there are any issues. I am also informed of what is expected with the next visit which I really do appreciate.
I left car as o don’t have an appointment. My spouse heard strange noise from right front wheel. A couple days. later I received call issue resolved. When picking up caress told CV boots west leaking and it was covered by # Warranty however, parts needed to be ordered. I’m awaiting the call back to schedule that repair.
they determined the issue and solved problem. Additionally determined leaking cvca boots and ordered parts. That repair is covered by warranty . and will notify me when parts are in.

I had another fantastic experience at Coastal Kia after my beloved Kia Soul was totaled in an accident and I was in need of a new one. The Souls have been discontinued but with the help of our Product Specialist Travis, I was able to purchase a certified used 2025 model which was like new with low mileage.
