I bought a Kia last October. I love it. In July, it began to have some trouble. I called the service department for help. They were amazing. The car had to be towed in. In a day or so, I received a videotaped inspection. Next, a phone call telling me that the car would need a new engine. Then he told me that it was completely covered! Sam always takes great care of my vehicle. I trust him and never feel like I am being asked to pay for services I don't really need. I actually live in North Myrtle Beach but make the drive up to Wilmington, because it's worth it.

We brought our Kia Sorrento in for it's annual service. For some reason when my husband scheduled it online it didn't make it to the dealership. We showed up for the appointment at the appropriate time but were told we weren't listed on the schedule. Thankfully Sam whom we have delt with many times said, no problem he would work us in. Thankfully we were able to get the service needed and as always were very happy to have someone go out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of.
I got blindsided with a 199 dollar charge for reading check engine codes with no prior notice about this being a charge, usually everyone ive worked with is respectful and transparent on charges Im not sure what happened this time around
If a KIA service center could have a personality, Coastal KIA would be known as smart, enthusiastic, customer-centered, honest, thorough, always on time, and on and on with words of praise.
