I had a great experience at Kia yesterday, and I especially want to recognize the service advisor, John Del Priore, who helped me. He was incredibly polite, helpful, and thorough from start to finish. I came in for a recall, and while I was there, I mentioned that during a previous recall service, some residue had been left on the frame of my door that looked like glue and wouldn’t come off. He immediately told me they could take care of it and made sure it was addressed. When I returned to pick up my car, the recall had been completed, but he also let me know that they had spent quite a bit of time trying to remove the residue and realized there was actually an issue with the piece itself. Rather than just leaving it at that, he went above and beyond and ordered a replacement piece for me. He had already taken care of everything, and it was expected to arrive within a couple of days. I really appreciated how much attention he paid to something that could have easily been overlooked. He kept me informed, followed through, and genuinely made sure the issue was taken care of. It’s refreshing to receive that level of customer service, and I’m very grateful for his help. Kia is lucky to have someone like him on their service team!

I bought a Kia last October. I love it. In July, it began to have some trouble. I called the service department for help. They were amazing. The car had to be towed in. In a day or so, I received a videotaped inspection. Next, a phone call telling me that the car would need a new engine. Then he told me that it was completely covered! I got my car back in a week from that call. They couldn't have been nicer. All those terrible things you hear about the dealership service area are not true at Coastal Kia. I can't say enough good things about the people who work there. Bravo, Coastal Kia! By the way, my car rides like a dream. Thank you!

They were able to localize the problem, order the needed part and hopefully will install soon. I’ve been impressed with their responsiveness considering I have an intermittent problem (which is a pain to diagnose). Very impressed.

I got a call from Steve and talking very unprofessional and disrespectful and rude to me from the beginning of the phone call.
