Brian was so friendly, professional, and efficient in getting me in and out for my service appointment. He reviewed everything that would be completed and recommended another service (alignment), but explained that I would have to pay for that as it wasn't included in my maintenance plan. I appreciated his being transparent and also with the recommendation. He called as soon as my car was finished and reminded me to call the shuttle driver before 4:00. Steve greeted us as soon as we arrived at the dealership and made us feel welcome from the start. He quickly got the keys for the Sportage and took the time to walk us through the vehicle before our test drive. Throughout the process, Steve was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to our questions. We worked through the lease terms together, and while he negotiated firmly, we were ultimately able to reach an agreement that worked for both sides. Overall, we had a positive experience at Coastal Kia and appreciate Steve’s help throughout the process.
