We brought our Kia Sorrento in for it's annual service. For some reason when my husband scheduled it online it didn't make it to the dealership. We showed up for the appointment at the appropriate time but were told we weren't listed on the schedule. Thankfully Sam whom we have delt with many times said, no problem he would work us in. Thankfully we were able to get the service needed and as always were very happy to have someone go out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of.
I got blindsided with a 199 dollar charge for reading check engine codes with no prior notice about this being a charge, usually everyone ive worked with is respectful and transparent on charges Im not sure what happened this time around
If a KIA service center could have a personality, Coastal KIA would be known as smart, enthusiastic, customer-centered, honest, thorough, always on time, and on and on with words of praise. Sam Weisman is terrific. He looks at the whole picture, including my comfort and waiting time, and keeps my informed about my KIA's progress and costs. Really, could not be better.
This was my third purchase from Coastal Kia. My experience every time has been great. I especially want to mention the product specialist I worked with, Amos. He was extremely personable, relatable, and made the experience one to remember. He was able to get me in a vehicle that I wanted and with a payment that I can afford. The dealership service department was on time and sent a video of my inspection during the process.
