The service time estimate was accurate and the waiting space pleasant. The service attendant was professional and friendly, and took care of my car. The only downside is that I had to go to another place to get my car washed after traveling all the way from Oak Island.

Service for oil/filter/tire rotation often takes longer than the hour and a half quoted when no other maintenance is done. Rarely have anyone touch base when it’s going to take longer. Shuttle/uber issues several times forcing me to have to cancel an appt with doctor. No longer offer hand wash. Given a coupon to local automatic car wash. I doubt I will be back due to the time factor and cost.

I like working with Brian Benson as I never feel like he pushes additional service items on me. He does not guilt me into something that is not absolutely needed at the moment. I appreciate his judge-free zone, his happy demeanor, and the trustworthy feeling he brings to the counter. On previous visit, my wife and I really appreciate the video taking by mechanic. Very nice touch and helps with knowing the car and what needs to be done.
