At a time when I was already having major challenges, when my Kia had her “heart attack” I was so upset. As always, the service and staff were exceptional. The car is delivered back as projected. I am kept up to date with the status and if there are any issues. I am also informed of what is expected with the next visit which I really do appreciate.
I left car as o don’t have an appointment. My spouse heard strange noise from right front wheel. A couple days. later I received call issue resolved. When picking up caress told CV boots west leaking and it was covered by # Warranty however, parts needed to be ordered. I’m awaiting the call back to schedule that repair.
they determined the issue and solved problem. Additionally determined leaking cvca boots and ordered parts. That repair is covered by warranty . and will notify me when parts are in.
Service was very good, people were pleasant and keep me informed every step of the way.
