Coastal Kia service dept appt went very well. I had a scheduled appt ... when i arrived, they took car of my car right away and told me everything that they were going to test for and how long it would take. Exactly to the minute, they were finished, reported their findings and i was on my way. What a pleasant experience with a service dept!
I would recommend the service dept, but I would also recommend going through another advisor, not Gary.
The staff was friendly all over the organization. I work with Travis while there he was informatiand easy to talk to. He was definitely patient with me while I deciding which vehicle I was going to go home with. Travis remained in communication the next day to ensure that I was satisfied with the car and the insurance was taken care of.

The work done is fine, but the waiting area WIFI is COMPLETELY UNUSABLE! I have to take time to go to the service center and usually spend my time working while waiting on my car. The internet is SO BAD (it seems like it only gives you access for 3 seconds at a time, causing pretty much ANY remote work to come to a grinding halt, if you can even get started!). Next time I'll ask to be shuttled to a Starbucks!
