Very happy with the quality of their customer service. My only complaint is they left my electric car at 10% battery so I had to hurry and find a charger… that was a little frustrating. But over all, happy with the experience.
The service time estimate was accurate and the waiting space pleasant. The service attendant was professional and friendly, and took care of my car. The only downside is that I had to go to another place to get my car washed after traveling all the way from Oak Island.

Service for oil/filter/tire rotation often takes longer than the hour and a half quoted when no other maintenance is done. Rarely have anyone touch base when it’s going to take longer. Shuttle/uber issues several times forcing me to have to cancel an appt with doctor. No longer offer hand wash. Given a coupon to local automatic car wash. I doubt I will be back due to the time factor and cost.
