Steve greeted us as soon as we arrived at the dealership and made us feel welcome from the start. He quickly got the keys for the Sportage and took the time to walk us through the vehicle before our test drive. Throughout the process, Steve was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to our questions. We worked through the lease terms together, and while he negotiated firmly, we were ultimately able to reach an agreement that worked for both sides. Anthony may salesman was AMAZING! He actually opened the door for me when i got there. I had need to 6 other dealerships prior that day and was told that they by everyone else my existing truck was in traceable. So i was walking in with tears of defeat already in my eyes. Anthony gave me a hug and asked me to sit down and tell him why i was so upset. He listened with a huge heart, a cold coke and snacks. He said he would be right back and left me with what i thought to be another rejection. After many talks with his manager and lots of words of encouragement he asked me if i wanted to test drive a new vehicle. I was hesitant bc i knew rejection was coming. The car drove amazing but I knew it would never be. Anthony told me to hold on , ran my credit and told me he would be right back. As i sat there crying he gave me a hug , words of encouragement and the best news ever. Anthony was able to buy my old car and get me into the car of my dreams. After what felt like hrs he cane to hug me again to congratulate me for trading in my old car for a 2026. He had me ring a Cong which is a for people that were approved to move forward with their dreams . Anthony’s worked miracles and turned my tears into tears of joy. After that smooth sailing. The finance team walked me through that process with patience as i asked many questions. I highly recommend Anthony Langdon to make your dreams come true as he did mine. As a woman you feel taken advantage of at a big dealership but he made me feel the most important woman in the world. He has a heart of gold and the patient of a saint.
