The experience was wonderful. My dealer was nice and knew about the process. The atmosphere was open and honest. Love my car and would go to them again.
I was greeted very soon after arriving. He got me checked in and reviewed what service I needed and what was recommended. Told me how long it would take as I would be waiting for the car. The car was ready when he said it would. The waiting area is clean with a good variety of snacks. The only disappointing thing is the coffee. I have been to dealers with good quality coffee machines that offer a variety of coffee/tea drinks.
Service team was great, very informative and explained needed service other than what I came in for. Waiting area was clean and well stocked on treats and drinks.
The service was great from start to finish. They offered me refreshments and my car was done when they said it was going be done!
