We did not visit the dealership since we bought our KIA off of their online site. This guy Jacob turned this deal out in a matter of hours because I told him exactly what we wanted and he delivered exactly what we wanted. I spent a couple of hours on the website putting together the Kia that we wanted and before you knew it, Jacob was putting it all together at the dealership. The phone deal was done, and Jacob drove the car from Coastal to our home in Calabash. We were driving the Sportage around the neighborhood that evening. Thanks Jacob and thanks Coastal Kia.

Raphael's service was excellent. Problem came with initial contact after Raphael. Too aggressive and we were totally turned off by his approach. We were impressed by the product, so returned and were redirected to another manager. This transaction was more respectful and professional. The final sales negotiations were seamless and we appreciated the professionalism of the financial staff we worked with. Satisfied with the product so far.

Recently purchased a 2023 Kia Sorento from Coastal Kia and had a great experience with this dealer.
The team was super friendly. However, the did not fix the issue I had come in for regarding the rubbing of the windshield wiper. I didn't realize it was not corrected until after I had left the property.
I got a call from Steve and talking very unprofessional and disrespectful and rude to me from the beginning of the phone call. Talk about my review was bull crap and what was my problem and said dude you must have a mental Problem if he told me my Kia Seltos would have a sunroof but he did say it ! Vocal promise is all he practiced! You must have the mental problem ! All social media public platforms will see you can not call someone from your business make false and fake accusations of a mental capacity! The Owner should terminate your position! Kindness is always free and God sees Everything! Amen!
