We recently moved to the area and needed our carnival checked out due to a few recalls and other issues. From the beginning, Brian (Service department) was informative, kind, helpful, and understanding. The customer service Kia Coastal provided was top notch and I will not go anywhere else. Anyone that we encounter was polite and so welcoming. When we had a rental (provided due to warranty), I had to switch over 3 car seats.
