The service I received was spectacular and in not kidding! Sam my service advisor was and is the reason I drive from Hope Mills to Wilmington to get my car serviced the employees and atmosphere at this dealership is superb! Sam was on top of everything a customer would like and expect from start to finish he kept me informed and updated on the status and progress as I had a service,inspection and a warranty part being completed and it was done efficiently the whole experience was great! Sam Weisman has been my "go to guy" for the last 4 years, and is amazing. He listens to my concerns, and always follows up with me to. On another note...the chairs in your waiting area are EXTREMELY uncomfortable, especially after waiting 2 - 3 hours. There's absolutely NO lumbar support in them, after a 2-3 hour wait, my back was killing me!!!
